OCAL Capital Corp is a Licensed Mortgage Broker Business with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, Florida Mortgage Broker License FL13782, Company NMLS #375292 (NMLS Consumer Access). We are a mortgage broker, not a lender. We arrange loans with third-party lenders. We do not make loans or make credit decisions.
2. Information only; no commitment to lend
Everything on the Site, including articles, loan program descriptions, calculators and forms, is general information only. It is not an offer to lend, a loan approval, a rate lock or a commitment to lend or extend credit. All loans are subject to credit approval by the lender, including verification of income, assets, credit and property value. Rates, terms, programs and eligibility rules change often and may change without notice. Not all applicants will qualify. Your actual terms will be in the Loan Estimate and other disclosures you receive.
Some articles on the Site were written in earlier years and may not reflect current rules, rates or market conditions. Please contact us for current information.

4. Calculators and estimates
Calculator results are estimates based on the information you enter and on assumptions that may not apply to you. They are not a Loan Estimate, a quote or a guarantee of any rate, payment or loan amount.
5. Forms, applications and communications
When you submit a form or start an application, you agree to give true, accurate and complete information. How we contact you, and how you can opt out, is explained in our Communications Policy. Our online application is provided through a third-party platform. Your use of that platform is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to websites and services that we do not own or control, such as government sites, lenders, credit-report services and social media. We provide these links for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
