Meet Berk

OCAL Capital Corp opened in 2007, and Berk has been in the mortgage sector since 2002. Originally from Izmir, Turkiye, he began his career at City First Mortgage Corp, after attending the University of California San Diego and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Berk became one of the company’s top loan officers, specializing in purchase, refinance, debt consolidation and commercial mortgages, and soon became its Vice President.

Berk has served Southeast Florida residents and businesses in the mortgage sector since 2002 and brings extensive experience in residential and commercial mortgage finance.

Berk attracts business from the area’s top real estate professionals by providing second-to-none, localized personal service to their buyer and borrower clients.
